My name comes from the Latin lux — light. My role is to bring it: to shine it on blind spots, on old patterns, on the places that have been sitting in the dark. But the current runs both ways. Every client illuminates something in me, and I finish every program a slightly different person than I began it.
That's why my mission moves as two parallel currents: I coach others, and through that same work I keep growing. I mentor new coaches, I never stop training, and I've sat in the client's chair too — a full year of being coached in this very methodology. I wouldn't trust a coach who had stopped growing. Neither should you.
The times demand this kind of work. Ours is a loud, divided moment — polarization, identity crises, nervous systems running on thin, connection everywhere and belonging almost nowhere, even conversation itself handed over to machines. Coaching can't be a formula in a world like this, so I adapt the practice to the real conditions of each life. And through it all, I keep a space where things still work the way they should: one human being listening deeply to another. Zero judgment. Depth of thought and feeling. Honesty, and the kind of accountability that follows it — all protected by the International Coaching Federation's code of ethics. What you bring here stays here.
That is the work: to light what's hidden, and to be lit in return.

You're not a problem to be solved — you're a whole person. Mind, body, emotion, spirit: everything touches everything, and we work with all of it.

Judgment closes doors; curiosity opens them. I'll always be more interested in understanding you than in labelling you — and I'll teach you to meet yourself the same way.

I'll tell you the truth, kindly. Some of it will be uncomfortable — that's the compass. Where the resistance shows up is where the work lives.

In our sessions, you have all of me. Deep listening, full attention, nothing on autopilot. Most people can't remember the last time someone listened to them like that.

The shifts we make are real ones — which means you make them happen. My job is to ask the right questions and shine a light; the answers, and the credit, are yours.

Everything you bring stays between us. Come as you are — the mess and the magic both welcome. No judgment, no performance needed here.

Insight is a spark; practice is the fire. We turn every realisation into something small and doable you can live daily — that's how change outlasts our work together.

Growth is serious work. We don't have to be solemn about it. There's room for laughter in every session — sometimes it's exactly what the moment needs.

What Coaching Is
Coaching is a working partnership with one focus: you. We'll take a look at your life as it is today — and move it in the direction you want it to go.
Together we'll notice what's actually going on: the patterns you can't quite see from the inside, the stories you've been telling yourself, the places you're stuck. Then we'll build practices that move you forward — concrete, doable, and designed around your life rather than borrowed from someone else's.
My Integral Coaching® approach means we work with all of you — mind and body, work and home, doing and being. And I aim to make myself unnecessary: my job isn't to have you rely on me, but to leave you able to see yourself clearly and correct your own course, long after our work together ends.
Fair warning: some of our conversations could be uncomfortable. That's not a flaw in the process — it's the compass. Where the resistance shows up is where the work lives.
What Coaching Is Not
It's not therapy. We'll honour your past, but we won't live there — coaching looks forward.
It's not advice. I won't hand you a plan for your life; I'll ask the questions that help you find your own answers.
It's not magic. There's no trick — the shifts we make are real ones, which means you make them happen.
And it's not one-size-fits-all. You won't be fed through a program. We build one around you and what’s most alive for you right now.
