ABOUT
My Journey
My life has been a continuous voyage of self-discovery, transitioning from exploring my social identity to uncovering the essence of my being. Professionally, my path has been diverse, ranging from accounting to translation, fitness coaching, and eventually, Integral Coaching®. I hold ACC⁄CfD and PCC coaching accreditations, certified by the International Coaching Federation. Living across four continents—South America, Asia, Africa, and Europe—has enriched my adaptability and broadened my worldview. Departing Argentina at a young age exposed me to cultures vastly different from my own, shaping my perspective profoundly. Currently based in Lausanne, Switzerland, I reside with my husband and three children. Passionate about film, photography, and all things visually captivating, I believe art is indispensable—a sentiment akin to vacationing without a book. My fitness regimen now includes CrossFit and Yoga, a departure from my former pursuits as a runner and cyclist. Fluent in Spanish, English, and French, I value the richness of language and cultural exchange.
