Ways In
Life doesn't sort itself into neat categories. A career question turns out to be a confidence question; a relationship pattern follows you across a border. Everything touches everything — which is why all of my coaching is Integral Coaching®: whichever door you come in through, we work with the whole of you.
You could walk through any of it alone — most people try. But some things only come into view when you say them out loud to another human being, someone walking alongside you who can shine a light on the places that have been sitting in the dark. Sessions are in English, French, or Spanish — whichever language your life happens in.

Become more of who you are.
A career change. An empty nest. A move, a loss, a milestone birthday that lands harder than expected. Coaching helps you turn a mid-life crisis into a mid-life awakening.
Relationship is at the heart of everything.
How you connect — with your partner, your family, your colleagues, yourself — shapes every area of your life. Future-focused and practical.
The best leaders never stop being students.
Leadership isn't a title — it's a practice. Whether you're an executive, a manager, or an entrepreneur, this meets you exactly where you are.
Home is a skill.
I've lived on four continents, so I know firsthand: expatriation is equal parts exhilarating and overwhelming. Coaching helps you find yourself amidst it all.
Every program works the integral way — the whole person, the whole life. The difference between them is time: more time means more areas, more depth, and change that has room to take root.
A free 30-minute call to get to know one another.
For when one question needs focused attention.
For those ready to make a real shift.
For those who want to go further — and deeper.
Before coaching, the only thing I'd tried was denial — thinking I could do everything on my own. Today I feel calmer, more connected to my narrative: writing my own story. Recognising myself as a brave person has refocused many aspects of my life.

A dream leadership position in Switzerland came with a completely new culture and a different set of expectations. Now I feel more in control, more flexible, inclusive in thought, and happier at the end of the day.

Before coaching I was at a crossroads — in a company whose culture was out of alignment with my values. Today I feel much calmer, with a greater sense of agency over my emotions and my life. I look at whatever arrives with curiosity rather than judgment — a journey into self-discovery I wish I had done ten years ago.

I was juggling a new job and family challenges, trying to make it look like I had it all together — and taking strain. Lu helped me realise that I govern my own change, that I have the choice about how I want to show up every day. I continue to see sustained change even though our coaching journey is over.

When we moved abroad with our family, I was carrying all the changes and emotions almost entirely on my own. What shifted during our work together is hard to overstate: I don't have the bee nest in my head anymore — I can think clearly again. Before, I was the woman behind the glass. Today, I'm a woman who steps into the circle — not asking for forgiveness, not asking for anyone's permission.

I didn't know how to manage the stress of a new job, a house move, and being in a foreign country. The biggest breakthrough was learning to make clear requests — and to say no without feeling bad about it. I found a great new job, and I'm confident I can do it well; I feel more assured in my overall life.

I came to coaching feeling confused about decisions I had to make, and unsettled as a new foreigner in the country. It was a difficult season — including a death in my family — and Lu adapted to what I needed in every session, while keeping me tied to the "golden thread" we had co-created together. Today, I feel so much better. It has been transformational.

A year ago I was on the edge of burnout — working in banking in Geneva, exhausted, running on autopilot. A few months after our program ended, I did something I never imagined I'd have the courage to do: I resigned and started my own business, pursuing a passion I'd been putting aside for years. I thought coaching would help me cope with a difficult job. What it actually gave me was the clarity and confidence to build a completely different life.

When I met Lu, I said "I want to be a leader, not just a boss." What I got was a 360-degree review of who I was — not just at work, but as a partner, a father, a friend. Leadership doesn't start in the boardroom; it starts with the relationship you have with yourself. I stopped leading through pressure and started leading through presence — and I genuinely enjoy leading again.

From the outside I looked healthy — I trained, I ate well, I believed a healthy body meant a healthy mind. But I was impatient, reactive, emotionally unavailable, and my family was paying the price for stress I thought I was carrying alone. The biggest change isn't that I became calmer. It's that my family experiences me differently — my wife told me, "It feels like you're finally here with us." That means more to me than any professional achievement ever could.
